Justin Capp is probably one of the culinary world’s best kept secrets and has worked as both an international designer and professional chef. Over the last fifteen years he has worked for various high profile clients in Europe and is now based full time in England, working from his public house in the picturesque village of Polebrook, in the heart of Northamptonshire. With a passion for good food made from fresh, authentic ingredients, locally sourced as well as grown from his own allotment, Justin’s reputation as a chef is spreading rapidly. He also understands the nature of what constitutes as good design having worked with some top international designer brands, including Giles Deacon. Combining his many talents, Justin has collaborated with Creative Tops to create a fantastic range of high performance practical tableware for everyday living. Justin states, “Food needs to look visually stunning on a plate. For me it’s all about the theatre of food and how beautiful colours, delicious smells and delicate flavours can combine to create truly memorable occasions. It is equally important that food is served on a fantastic looking canvas and this range is perfect for anyone who loves entertaining”.

Justin Capp began training as a professional chef in 1995, developing a taste and enthusiasm for home grown, authentic ingredients. With a keen eye for desgn, Justin has collaborated with Creative Tops to create a range of cookware for everyday use. He is especially keen on Mediterranean style cooking and with this in mind has included a recipe booklet with his Tajines to encourage us all to go a little continental!
