The design priced ZENTRO Z1 is equipped with a high-grade, removable cutting and catching tray made out of beech which can be used on both sides. It can also be pulled-out to enlarge the catching area for the slicing good. The ZENTRO Z1 slicing machine fulfils complex, semi professional kitchen requirements equally as the desire for a aesthetic slicing tool. This model has an integrated knife drawer to complete the machine as a cutting centre for the whole kitchen. Furthermore, the Z1 offers the GRAEF special ‘high performance’ blade including the diamond blade sharpener. The special high performance blade is hard-chromed and ensures in it’s plain edition (ø 170mm) perfect slices in professional quality. The design-awarded ZENTRO Z1 owns a large base plate due to the self-supporting construction.
