The pasta press comes with a combo tool, and an accessory storage case, cleaning brush and set of 6 plates for making different shaped pasta including spaghetti, buactini, rigatoni, fusilli and macaroni! For use exclusively with the KitchenAid range of mixing machines.

Each plate is composed of one metal frame and two plastic inserts

Spaghetti plate for long, think round strands
Bucatini Plate for long, hollow pasta strands
Rigatoni plate for large, tube-shaped pasta with ridges
Fusilli plate for spiral-shaped pasta with ridges
Large Macaroni plate for narrow, tube-shaped pasta with ridges
