Hi there, l recently purchased a Kitchen Aid mixer on line for a christmas present and subsequently found out that l should have bought a Kitchen Aid food processer. l rang the shop in Ware and they were most helpful, l returned it today to do a swop and spoke to Iain who gave me directions to the warehouse where Barry had  the item ready for me to collect. What an absolute pleasure to deal with such lovely people and who nothing is too much trouble for them.  l will definitely shop with you again -  if you were a restaurant you would have a michelin star!.  l must also add that the on line service and delivery was equally as good.
